Shipping ,Delivery & Pre Orders 

Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you’d like to the item arrives with us.

Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your product to another which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. 

The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your product without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to shipment held by customs.

Tee Jays Designs is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order a product. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind or cancellations. We will, however, update you after Pre-Order when your items are available for shipping.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-Order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order product/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.

When do Pre-Order periods end ?

Customers will be notified when the pre-order period ends. The pre-order period will be on-going and will last around 4 weeks.

How can I be notified about Pre-Orders on new items ?

You can subscribe to be on our mailing list. Those on our mailing list will be updated about upcoming releases and re-stocks of products.For any questions left unanswered from these terms contact us at teejaysdesigns@gmail.com

Shipping?

  • Outlying areas - Flat Rate R100 - this will be an option for you to choose on checkout. Outlying door to door delivery takes 3 to 4 working days.
  • Door-to-door delivery takes 2 to 3 working days R140
  • All shipping done through Fastway / The Courier Guy and Aramex (outlaying areas)

 

Can I Change My Delivery Address For My Order?

If you call us before we send the order out, we can change the delivery address for you. But once the order is dispatched, unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes. Please let us know when you will be available for delivery to the address on the order or we can request that the parcel be returned to us for a refund.

 Can I Track My Order?

Yes! You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse. It may sometimes take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available. It is also possible that your email may be stuck in your junk mail. If you haven’t received a tracking email or are unable to see any tracking details after 48 hours, please email us at teejaysdesigns@gmail.com for assistance. 

Will Any Customs Charges Be Applied To My Order?

For international orders that are shipped from South Africa, customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.

If for any reason customs fees are not paid and you would like the parcel refunded please notify us and we will request the parcel be returned.
