Refund policy
Tee Jays Designs, does not refund item(s) or any item(s) that are marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Sale'. Tee Jay Designs will refund only if there is a manufacturer fault. The item(s) can, however, be exchanged with a store credit. (Proof of date purchased, will need to be provided)
When returning your merchandise within 14 days of receipt of goods. Item(s) must be returned unused, unworn and in original condition. Please consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels. You are responsible for the cost of shipping if you are returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
