Have you ever walked into a shop and, after countless minutes of picking up items, putting them back? Or wishing there were more unique things? you then decide that there is nothing in the shop to your liking and walk out. Or tried to find the perfect item to finish off that odd space in your nursery but just can’t quite find the right balance between price, size and elegance that fits you.
We did this one too many times and always had the same thought: I wish there was a way to combine items to make the perfect fit that I am looking for in that moment, be it an outfit for my child, daily necessities for her, or that perfect gift for someone special.
This is how Tee Jays Designs was born.
By combining our favourite trends, comfort materials and the class of modern society, we were able to find pieces I believe to be one of a kind. The other side of the coin was our undying love for shopping but keeping in mind the expense. The idea behind Tee Jays Designs is to feed that love for modern unique items from local South African artists, adaptive-design and elegance, while also keeping within the everyday spending allowance we all know we have, even if it’s subconscious.
